A lifelong resident of Sandusky County, Jerri graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1978. After high school she attended Terra Community College and The University of Toledo where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. In 1989 she earned her CPA. After college Jerri worked in the public accounting sector. In 1998 she decided to leave public accounting and went to work for the Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County as their Financial Coordinator. After working there for over 13 years she was hired as Executive Director of the Sandusky County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She continued to work at the Bureau until she was elected Sandusky County Auditor and started serving Sandusky County in March, 2015.
Jerri resides in Fremont with her husband Chuck and her two daughters, Caley and Samantha. She enjoys being involved in the community and currently is an active member of the Fremont Kiwanis, Board member of the Impact Credit Union, Assistant Treasurer for the ProMedica Hospital Auxiliary and Treasurer for the Downtown Fremont, Inc. She is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPA and a graduate of Sandusky County Leadership and Ohio Travel Leadership Association.
Jerri is a member of Grace Community Church and in her spare time enjoys boating, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
